The Board of Directors has put up some holiday decorations at the various entrance monuments around the neighborhood to include lighted wreaths, some bows, and strands of lighted garland installed at the Timberland Turn-About and at the major intersection of Park Vista and Keller-Haslet Road. We’re currently seeking a few volunteers willing to help out when it’s time to take down the decorations and store them away for next season. If you have the time and desire to help out, please contact the Association Manager at the contact information listed below. We look forward to hearing from you!

The Board of Directors (Board) feel the need to address a very recent and noticeable occurrence within the Steadman Farms addition. An HOA wall, without knowledge or permission from the Board, was damaged along Timberland. The ACC and Board has never, and would never, allow any homeowner to ever damage, repair, remove or otherwise alter HOA property. The day the wall was damaged, the Board took immediate steps to ensure that no further damage would occur and that the homeowner was informed of same. As the Board became aware of continued activities, the Board sought legal counsel. Click Full Story for more information.
