The Board of Directors (Board) feel the need to address a very recent and noticeable occurrence within the Steadman Farms addition. An HOA wall, without knowledge or permission from the Board, was damaged along Timberland. The ACC and Board has never, and would never, allow any homeowner to ever damage, repair, remove or otherwise alter HOA property. The day the wall was damaged, the Board took immediate steps to ensure that no further damage would occur and that the homeowner was informed of same.
