Nobody likes being told they're not following the rules...or informed of things they can't do on their own property!

However by choosing to join the Steadman Farms community, and as members of our Homeowner's Association, we agree to abide by established rules and procedures intended to promote neighborhood harmony and to preserve our collective property values.

Rules compliance is a crucially important aspect of your HOA's long list of responsibilities. Among the duties assigned to our property management team is to conduct routine inspections of our Steadman Farms neighborhood.

As a result, we’re now able to present your HOA's very first… TOP TEN VIOLATION LIST."

Avoiding these infractions will save everyone time, trouble, and unnecessary expense.

Number 10: Failure to obtain ACC approval before starting exterior improvements or construction projects.
Number 9: Keeping Holiday decorations up for more than 15 days after the holiday has passed.
Number 8: Vendor signs in yards promoting companies performing contract work for a homeowner.
Number 7: Parking in the street or on the driveway of Commercial vehicles, in-operable vehicles, trailers, boats, jet skis and golf carts, etc.
Number 6: Posting of Non–Professional or owner-made “For Rent”/ “For Sale” yard signs.
Number 5: Long-term storage of household and/or yard maintenance items on the exposed side of homes and on driveways.
Number 4: Inappropriate Window Treatments such as the use of Tin Foil, Paper, or bed sheets.
Number 3: Keeping more than 3 domesticated animals as pets; permitting excessive barking; allowing animals to run loose, and failure to clean up after them.
Number 2: Landscaping issues to include mowing, weeds in turf and flowerbeds, edging, and failure to replace dead shrubs and trees.
Number 1 violation… TRASH CANS: Stored where they can be seen from the street, and left out after trash pick-up.
