“NOTICE OF ANNUAL/ELECTION BOARD MEETING”
YOUR ATTENDANCE AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT ARE NEEDED!

As a homeowner in Steadman Farms, you are hereby given notice of the Annual/Election Meeting scheduled for May 22nd, 2023, to be held at Christ’s Haven on 4200 Keller Haslet Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76244 at 6:00pm. Attached is the agenda.

The primary purpose of the annual meeting will be to elect two (2) members to the Association’s Board of Directors, share information of general interest to the community, and owner open forum. The newly elected will serve a term of 2 years.

To hold the annual/election meeting, the quorum requirement is 10% or 70 votes in person or via proxy. We hope to see a great turn-out and we would appreciate it if you submitted the absentee proxy if unable to attend. YOUR VOTE IS NEEDED!

There are four (4) easy ways to submit your vote and attendance, and are listed below:

    1. Online Voting Instructions (preferred)
    2. You can bring the enclosed proxy in person by attending the meeting at 6:00pm at Christ’s Haven on 4200 Keller Haslet Rd. Fort Worth, TX 76244
    4. Mail the enclosed proxy

      Mailed submission must be received by May 19, 2023, by 5:00p.m.
